Pre-trade checklist and session rules

Decide before the entry, not in the moment. Read your rules before the first trade and run the checklist before every entry.

Everything you change here stays in this browser only. We don’t see or collect any of it.

My rules

Read before your first trade.

  1. Calm is an entry condition. If I feel “I have to get in now”, I stay out.
  2. After a stop, no re-entry in the same direction without a new trigger.
  3. A reversal is a new trade: full checklist.
  4. Stop and target go in right away. I never move the stop against myself.

Why a pre-trade checklist

The moment of entry is when your thinking is at its worst: price is moving, you want to catch it, and rules that seemed obvious yesterday suddenly feel fine to break “just this once”. A checklist moves the decision to when you’re calm: the conditions are written down in advance, and in the moment you only check whether they’re met.

If even one item isn’t met, there’s no trade. Not “almost”, not “it’ll probably come”.

How to use it

  1. Before the session, read your rules and press “Read them — start the session”.
  2. Before every entry, tick the checklist. Enter only when it turns green.
  3. After each trade, add it to the session counter. The limits kick in on their own.
  4. Adjust the items and rules to your own system with “Edit”.

FAQ

Where are my rules stored?

Only in this browser, on your device. To move them to another device or keep them safe when the browser is cleared, download a backup file.

How many items should a checklist have?

As many as you’ll actually check in a few seconds before an entry. Usually 4–6. A long checklist simply stops being read in the moment.

What if I’ve hit my limit but the setup is perfect?

Close the platform. That’s exactly what the limit is for: after a run of stops, a setup usually looks “perfect” because you want to win it back.
